Summary
The boys, neat Nati and his messy friend Tsviḳi, about 10, are not too old for one last adventure: they sneak up on the stranger who is tapping into their building's water supply after all the bills have doubled, and they use a remorseful driver's donation to promote care in crossing the street after an accident in the neighborhood.
